Despite the news floating around about the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus disappointing pre-order sales and lack of people waiting in line for the device, Apple CEO Tim Cook is actually pleased with the iPhone 8 models and Apple Watch Series 3 sales.
In a recent interview with CNBC, Apple CEO Tim Cook said he has been “thrilled” with the latest iPhone and Apple Watch sales.
“I am thrilled,” Cook said. ” Here’s what we’re seeing right now. The watch with LTE -the Series 3 Watch – we are sold out in so many places around the world. And we’re working really hard to meet demand. We’ve sold out of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus in some stores, but we’ve got good supply there. You can see what’s going on here this morning – I couldn’t be happier.”
We won’t know how well the company’s devices did until Apple’s next earnings conference call. From the sounds of it, many fans have decided to wait for the iPhone X, so don’t expect its sale numbers to be high. To read the full report, you can head over to CNBC website.
