Fitbit Releases A New Watch Called The “Ionic” That’s Compatible For The iPhone

Whether you’re doing a workout at the gym, jogging on the street or playing a sport with your friends, the new Fitbit Ionic watch can keep track of all of your activity that you do, by automatically tracking and recording your moves, and then transferring it to its Fitbit companion app.

Fitbit’s Ionic watch really does cover all the basics for tracking your daily lifestyle, since it shows everything from your heart rate, your daily steps and calories, as well as your sleep stages and how much rest you typically get in a night. It also comes with a stopwatch, the Apple Store and Apple Pay and even Bluetooth capabilities, to be able to listen to music while working out, without having to connect to wired headphones to the watch.

But not only is it great for keeping track of your lifestyle and workout routine, it’s also great to wear every day, since it was designed to be comfortable, waterproof and stylish. Fitbit built it with Corning Gorilla glass 3, a Nano-molded unibody and even a detachable band to try out different styles and colors for your watch; to make it protective, sturdy yet versatile enough for your everyday life.

Fitbit’s new Ionic watch is currently available at their official website for $ 299.95, in a color choice of blue grey/silver grey, slate blue/burnt orange and charcoal/smoke grey, with an included small and large wristband when ordered.
